Rough shaping the tee pad on #6
Once rough-shaped, the architect approves the elevations
If the elevations are approved, the tee top is then fine-graded to drain at 1.5% in one or two directions
The floors are graded with a box blade that is controlled by a laser.
After the sub-floor is properly graded, drainage is installed.
